Hassan Moustafa reste le président de la Fédération  Internationale de Handball(IHF) pour prochaine période législative . Au Congrès à Caire, la capitale de l'Egypte, 115 électeurs ont soutenu le membre du comité directeur de 64 ans, Jeannot Kaiser du Luxembourg a reçu 25 votes. "Je suis très heureux que le Congrès ait honoré l'IHF et mon humble personne pour les efforts fournit, a expliqué le vieil et nouveau président après sa réélection. ......
En plus du Président Hassan Moustafa les délégués de 147 pays ont élu l'espagnol  Miguel Roca Mas au poste de1e vice-président. Le nouveau secrétaire général est le Français Joel Delplanque et Sandi Sola de la Croatie a été nommé comme trésorier. Il y avait aussi des changements au niveau de quelques COMMISSIONS. Dorénavant la commission des Règles de  Jeu et des Arbitres (PRC) est gérée par l'allemand Manfred Prause et  la Commission pour la Promotion et des Relations publiques (CPP) le choix est porté sur Fabiano Redondo du Brasil. Le Congrès a élu Zoran Radojicic du Monténégro  président du Tribunal d'Arbitrage. Tandis que Naser Abu Marouq du Koweit et le docteur Francois Gnamian de la Côte-d'Ivoire continueront à présider respectivement la Commission pour l'Entraînement et des Méthodes (CCM) et la Commission Médicale (MC) , le Congrès a aussi élu le Slovène Leon Kalin nouveau président de la Commission d'Organisation et des Competitions (COC). .....

remains president of the International Handball Federation (IHF) in the upcoming legislative period. At the Congress in Cairo, the capital of Egypt, 115 eligible voters supported the 64 year old office-bearer, Jeannot Kaiser from Luxembourg received 25 votes. “I am very glad that the Congress honored the effort adduced  by the IHF and my humble self”, explained the old and new president after his re-election. Previously, at the XXXII Ordinary Congress, the Egyptian had informed about the activities during the legislative period in the presidents report and pointed out perspectives for the development of World Handball.

The Congress made further important decisions. The delegates affiliated Bolivia, Indonesia, Malawi, Peru, Singapore, St. Kitts and Nevis and Tadzhikistan as full members, the new National Federation of New Zealand  has been accepted. Furthermore it was decided to arrange an Extraordinary Congress, where important structural decision should be made.
 

In addition to President Hassan Moustafa the delegates from 147 countries elected the Spanish Miguel Roca Mas to the 1st vice president. The new secretary general is the Frenchmen Joel Delplanque and Sandi Sola from Croatia was appointed to the treasurer. There were also changes on top of some IHF-Commissions. While Naser Abu Marouq (Kuwait) and Dr Francois Gnamian (Cote d'Ivoire) will continue to preside the Commission for Coaching and Methods (CCM) and the Medical Commission (MC) respectively, the Congress elected the Slovene Leon Kalin to the new chairman of the Commission of Organizing and Competiton (COC). From now on the Playing Rules and Referees Commission (PRC) is managed by the German Manfred Prause and in the Commission for Promotion and Public Relations (CPP) the choice was Fabiano Redondo from Brasil. The Congress elected Zoran Radojicic from Montenegro to the chairman of the Arbitration Tribunal. In contrast Charalambos Lottas from Cyprus continues to preside the Arbitration Commission. The auditors of the new legislative period are Günal Ensari from Turkey and Alexis Manouvrier from France.
 

The XXXII Ordinary Congress continues on Saturday. Among other things the delegates are going to determine the hosts of different World Championships (Youth, Junior and Beach Handball).

انتخب السيد حسن مصطفى رئيسا للا تحاد الدولي لكرة اليدلولايةتشريعية ثالثة.فخلال المؤتمر المنعقد في القاهرة حصل السيد حسن مصطفى البالغ من العمر 64 سنةعلى 115 صوت مقابل 25 صوت لمنافسه جانوت كايزر من اللكسمبورغ;وبعدانتخابه صرح الرئيس بانه جدمسرور باختياره لمرة اخرى وهدا شرف له شخصيا و للاتحاد الدولي وتقديرا للمجهودات التي قاموا بها خلال الفترة الماضية.بالاضافية الى السيد حسن مصطفى اختار ممثلو 147 دولة مشاركة الاسباني ميكيل روكا ماس نائبا اولا للرئيس;والفرنسي جويل ديلبلانك كاتباعااما والكرواتي ساندي سولا امينا للمال.وكانت هناك ايضاتغييرات في بعض اللجن;فلجنة قوانين اللعبة و الحكام اصبح على راسهااالالماني مانفريد بروز;ولجنةاالعلاقات العامةسيتراسهاالبرازيلي فابيانو رودوندو;ولجنةمجلس التحكيم الرياضي سيتراسها السيد زوران رادوجزيك من مونتنيغرو;بينما بقي كل من السيدناصر ابو مرزوق من الكويت و الدكتور فرانسوا كناميان من الكت ديفوارعلى راس لجنة التدريب واللجنة الطبية على التوالي.للمؤتمر انتخب ايضا السلوفيني ليون كالين رئيسا  جديداعلى  لجنة التنضيم و المنافسات.
